The Provider receives personal information from the User and about the User ("the Information").

The Provider acquires certain credit information from South African credit bureaux, on behalf of the User ("the Credit Information").

The Provider shall not disclose the Information or the Credit Information to any third party without the prior written permission of the User first being obtained.

So as to reduce any risk to the User, the Provider does not store any of the User’s credit card information.

The Provider agrees to use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the Information and Credit Information.
